PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE WAIVEREtowah Gameday Invitational – Etowah High School
I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to Etowah High School, the Etowah Cheer Program, and event organizers (collectively referred to as “Event Host”) to photograph, video record, and/or otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, and performance (or that of my child/participant listed below) during the Etowah Gameday Invitational.
I understand and agree that these images, videos, and recordings may be used by the Event Host for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes, including but not limited to:
I grant the Event Host the unrestricted, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute these materials in any format or media now known or hereafter developed, without compensation to me.
I understand that:
I hereby release and hold harmless Etowah High School, Etowah Cheer Program, and all event staff, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of such photographs or recordings.
By signing below, I acknowledge that this waiver applies to all athletes and coaches affiliated with the team. I certify that I am authorized to grant this permission on their behalf.
